Faith is when my ideals are thwarted and God says "No", to my prayer. I can thank Him, trusting that he will surely provide the best for me. Whenever feeling being useless to the Lord, redundant to others, and everything seems so meaningless, yet I can wait calmly, not murmuring not losing courage, but asserting on God's sovereignty, believing he has surely set my life a timely and ordained plan. He will surely not forsake nor forget those who put their trust and wait for him. Certainly, when the time comes, he will show forth his grace that is above one's expectation. He is trustworthy, dependable and for ever unerring God. His way is higher than our way and his thoughts are not man's thoughts. Our lifelong fortune is in his hands. Unless he builds, we labour in vain. He gives and he also takes away. He is full of mercies and love, He will not break a bruised reed and a smoking flax he will not quench. Blessed is he who trust in him and depends on him.
